# Terms of use

These terms govern your use of LandscaperSearch ("we", "us"), a directory of landscaping and garden businesses in the UK. By using the site you accept these terms. 

## Our listings

Listings are compiled from public sources (such as company websites and public business records) and from information submitted by business owners. We build our own descriptions and do not copy business content wholesale. 

## Accuracy

We work to keep listings useful, but we do not guarantee that any detail (services, coverage, pricing, ratings, opening hours or contact information) is accurate, current or complete. Always confirm the details directly with the business before you rely on them or engage anyone. 

## Quote requests are introductions

When you request a quote, we forward your enquiry to the business you chose. That is an introduction only. Any quote, contract, work and payment is strictly between you and that business. We are not a party to it, we do not vet or endorse any business, and we are not responsible for the work carried out or for a business's conduct. 

## For businesses

If your business is listed, you can claim or update it, or ask us to amend or remove it, via our [for businesses](/for-businesses/) page or by emailing [hello@landscapersearch.co.uk](mailto:hello@landscapersearch.co.uk). Do not submit information you do not have the right to share, and keep any information you submit accurate. 

## Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory, from reliance on any listing, or from any dealings with a business you find through us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
